📋 Description
• MasterWorks is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. • The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of visual communication principles and a passion for creating visually stunning and impactful designs. • He/she will be responsible for developing and producing high-quality visual content across various platforms, including print, digital, and social media. • Conceptualize, design, and produce high-quality visual content, including but not limited to presentations, digital graphics, and motion graphics. • Collaborate with Consulting, Presales, and other teams to understand project requirements. • Conduct thorough research and gather inspiration to ensure designs are current, relevant, and on-brand. • Maintain brand consistency across all Presales materials. • Prepare and present design concepts to stakeholders and obtain necessary approvals. • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and industry best practices. • Contribute to the overall creative direction of the MasterWorks.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field. • 10+ years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer. • Proficient in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Portfolio demonstrating a strong understanding of design principles and a diverse range of creative skills. • Experience with motion graphics and video editing is a plus.
