📋 Description

• Attending project meetings with the Product Owners and all stakeholders (Polish Team, MasterBorn Board Members) • Gathering requirements from clients, managing their needs, and maintaining transparency of the process (i.e. maintaining the product roadmap) • Leading tech team of developers, QA specialists, and Product Designers • Learning best practices & growing • Gathering valuable knowledge from certified courses and books recommended by our Team • Learning how to describe business processes and how to extract business requirements from a client and ask the right questions • And remember, you won't be alone. You will receive full and continuous support from experienced MasterBorn Product Owners

🎯 Requirements

• knowledge-hungry • growth-oriented • English and Polish speaking and writing - min. C1 • Openness to AI & automations tools • First commercial experience in managing projects, coordinating tasks, or leading initiatives (where leading skills were shown - not student activities only)
