📋 Description

• Write clean and understandable code following best practices • Understand the business domain of the product • Contribute to product design improvements from a technical perspective • Discuss implementation details • Participate in project discussions and propose solutions • Attend client meetings, understand client needs, and propose solutions after consulting with the team • Share insights with the team • Diagnose issues and focus on solutions • Support other developers by sharing knowledge and suggesting better solutions • Conduct peer code reviews

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience with React, used to build complex dashboards or custom solutions • Experience with React-based frameworks such as Next or TanStack Start • Experience with TypeScript and Docker containers • Experience configuring Webpack, Babel, or similar tools • Experience testing React applications • Knowledge of REST APIs using modern tools such as React Query • Good understanding of modern JavaScript and best practices • Practical experience working with AI tools, critically reviewing AI work, improving workflows, and expanding knowledge of use cases • English level B2 • Polish level C1 • Strong problem-solving abilities • Clear and constructive communication • Proactive attitude • Knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies is nice to have • Open-source contributions are nice to have
