• Drive revenue growth, expand subscription sales, and boost Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) while enhancing customer retention. • Manage the renewal process from prospecting to close, ensuring effective use of CRM tools. • Collaborate closely with internal teams to align local efforts with overall business strategies. • Drive ARR growth by increasing subscription sales and renewals of maintenance agreements. • Conduct regular phone outreach to build strong relationships, exceed renewal quotas, and drive high retention rates. • Track and report on key sales metrics, including revenue growth, retention rates, and pipeline health. • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. • 3 – 5 years of inside sales experience, preferably in a subscription-based or SaaS environment. • Proven success in driving revenue growth and improving customer retention. • Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce and sales enablement platforms. • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for communication and reporting. • Familiarity with collaboration tools like Teams or Asana. • Experience with BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI) and AI-enabled sales tools for insights and decision-making. • Strong communication and negotiation skills. • Results-driven with a customer-centric mindset. • Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities. • Adaptability in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
