📋 Description

• Support the teaching staff for 20 hours per week to ensure courses run smoothly • Independently support and guide course participants • Review assignments and answer outstanding questions • Create and deliver skill tutorials • Act as the course instructors’ right hand, supporting them in the smooth delivery of courses • Help design and implement high-quality continuing education programs in online marketing • Support modules such as Social Media, Performance Marketing, SEO & GEO, Artificial Intelligence in Marketing, UX/UI, and Web Design

🎯 Requirements

• You are studying Marketing, Online Marketing, Media or Communications, Digital Media, E-Commerce, Business Informatics, or a comparable degree program; alternatively, you have developed in-depth online marketing expertise through your own projects and practical experience. • A solid overall understanding of various online marketing disciplines, or particularly in-depth expertise in one of these areas. • Knowledge of Social Media, Content Marketing, Performance Marketing, SEO/SEA, E-Commerce, Web Design, and UX/UI is relevant. • Personal projects, websites, online shops, social media channels, or other practical experience are a major plus. • Strong digital affinity and a good technical understanding, particularly of websites, digital learning platforms, and modern online tools. • Familiarity with current AI tools and developments, as well as an understanding of how AI is used in online marketing. • Clear, respectful communication skills and the ability to provide constructive, easy-to-understand written feedback. • Enjoyment of explaining complex content clearly and helping create high-quality digital learning experiences. • Independent, pragmatic, and results-oriented approach to work; willingness to take ownership and quickly learn new topics. • Excellent German language skills and an empathetic, respectful manner.
