📋 Description

• Conduct in-depth analysis of existing workflows to identify inefficiencies and craft innovative solutions on the MASV platform. • Collaborate with integration partners to design workflows that propel customer success to new heights. • Master cloud and on-prem technologies used by Media and Entertainment professionals to ensure seamless workflow integration. • Create technical content to unlock opportunities in new markets and use cases in AI Data Pipelines, Health Sciences, Marketing, Geospatial, mining, and more. • Provide expert thought leadership and engage in public speaking to discuss emerging trends in workflow technology. • Train customers, partners, and employees on the MASV API, developer toolkit, and MASV apps to empower them to create customized workflows. • Curate integration priorities for the MASV product team by working closely with Customer Success, Partner teams, and Sales to identify workflows with significant potential for data throughput. • Drive financial success by assisting customers and fostering authentic, long-lasting relationships rooted in trust.

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated expertise in workflow engineering, process optimization, and cloud/on-prem technologies within the Media and Entertainment industry. • Strong communication skills to effectively engage with partners, technology providers, and customers. • Ability to lead cross-functional teams to implement efficient workflows. • Passion for staying abreast of industry trends and sharing insights through thought leadership. • Self-motivated with a drive to innovate and shape the role to achieve organizational objectives.
