📋 Description

• Set up and implement the end-to-end brand strategy and be responsible for achieving brand and business growth in Thailand. • Develop integrated weekly/monthly/quarterly marketing strategies and campaigns to drive revenue, equity, and user base expansion. • Design and execute marketing campaigns that resonate with Thai culture, youth, and Gen Z across brand, partnerships, media, social, PR, and beyond. • Orchestrate activations and multi-channel storytelling; lead development of marketing collateral and content with agency partners. • Manage a multi-channel marketing strategy across digital, social, offline, performance, PR, business development and partnerships. • Oversee execution of localized CRM, PR, IRL, growth, brand, performance, and influencer marketing initiatives. • Ensure marketing efforts align with country goals and manage fiscal budgets effectively to maximize marketing effectiveness and efficiency. • Partner cross-functionally with product/engineering, analytics, other regions, and other Match Group brands to align on marketing strategies. • Provide clear local consumer insights, product usage data, cultural nuances, and user behavior guidance. • Drive growth strategy to achieve targets and maintain Tinder brand health in Thailand. • Report directly to the Vice President of Asia & Middle East; build culture, lead the local team, and drive growth.

🎯 Requirements

• A brand builder, minimum 8–10+ years leading consumer brands, with experience in youth, culture, or digital-first companies. • Strong business acumen with proven track record of driving user & revenue growth. • Proven track record across all marketing disciplines with full-funnel experience. • Skilled in extracting and leveraging consumer insights to inform brand campaign strategies and executions. • Deep understanding of Thai consumer behavior, media landscape, social trends, and culture, especially among Gen Z. • Entrepreneurial mindset: strategist and do-er; hands-on leader with start-up mentality and willingness to take risks. • Team leadership experience and ability to set clear and challenging goals within a metrics-driven organization. • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments; comfortable with ambiguity and adapting to change. • Fluency in Thai and English is a must. • Optional: Mobility and experience in other Southeast Asian countries (plus).
