📋 Description

• Report directly to Vice President of Global Demand Generation, and serve as the Digital Marketing team lead — guiding everything from strategy to execution. • Manage an agile team of web & digital marketers; and collaborate with advertising, creative, web, and other marketing agencies to scale demand generation campaigns and initiatives. • Own a global Digital Marketing budget, and find areas of opportunity for efficiency. • Onboard and manage the Ad Agency of record. • Responsible for driving measurable growth through data-driven online marketing strategies. • Recommend and execute strategies to develop robust customer journeys, bridging the gap from online to offline. Track and scrutinize pipeline sourced from digital marketing channels, from impression to customer, and analyze information to improve data-driven decision-making. Generate quality traffic to the company's website and experiences. • Collaborate with Integrated Marketing Campaign Director & Content team to activate topical multi-touch digital campaigns. • Use automation and AI to improve processes and productivity, and make recommendations to support a rapidly growing organization. • Manage priorities and timelines effectively to meet critical deadlines. • Educate internal teams on digital marketing best practices, and impacts of online efforts on overall demand generation programming.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience owning B2B full-funnel digital marketing strategy; Proven ability to manage Ad Agency of Record — Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, etc.; Experience in website strategy and managing Web agencies.; Expert understanding of cost-based ad metrics (CPM, CPC, CTR, etc.); Growth focused with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.; Balanced analytical and creative mindset.
