• Build and maintain detailed financial models (P&L, cash flow, scenario analysis) • Partner with BD/Product/Ops to develop pricing & cost models across new business lines (e.g., iRaaS, enterprise, staking, capital markets) • Forecast infrastructure costs, token compensation, hiring plans, and treasury runway • Prepare materials for leadership, board, and investor reporting • Own monthly budget vs actuals tracking and variance analysis • Implement process improvements and automation to scale FP&A function for high-growth environment • Help build internal tooling and dashboards for real-time financial tracking
• 3–5+ years in FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, consulting, professional services, or corporate finance • Exceptional modeling skills in Excel/Sheets (bonus: familiarity with SQL, financial planning tools, BI, etc.); adept at handling large datasets • Strong business intuition and understanding of cost drivers, unit economics, and cash flow • Excellent communicator; able to translate financial insights into actionable recommendations • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment; able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
