📋 Description

• Drafting legal opinions and memoranda on matters related to litigation strategy; • Challenging unlawfully imposed taxes in the municipal, state and federal spheres at all stages of proceedings; • Supporting the preparation of defenses in tax enforcement/execution proceedings, covering a broad range of taxes; • Filing lawsuits to dispute various federal, state and municipal taxes; • Monitoring key leading cases at the STF (Supreme Federal Court) and STJ (Superior Court of Justice); • Direct participation in numerous significant cases as amicus curiae for institutional representation.

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree (required); • Postgraduate degree and/or specialization in related areas is a plus; • Prior experience in a law firm is desirable; • Experience in judicial tax litigation; • Proven ability to manage a significant caseload and deadlines; • Knowledge of tax law and civil procedure; • Advanced English is considered an advantage.
