📋 Description

• Responsible for being a hands-on leader of one or more development teams • Building and deploying systems that are customer-first • Execution of development tasks, coaching, training, and communicating with team members • Formal supervision to individual employees within single functional or operational area • Plans and monitors appropriate staffing levels and utilization of labor • Prepare and deliver performance appraisal for staff • Mentors and coaches team members to further develop competencies • Manage, plan, and execute web development for Web applications • Enforce technical and coding standards within the web development team • Delegate and systematize the administrative, process-based parts of work • Ensure that all code has high test unit coverage, automation scripts, and peer code reviews • Provide the necessary tools and processes for the development team • Work collaboratively with cross-functional technical leads and architects • Conduct Agile Team ceremonies • Follow web development best practices, processes, and procedures • Manage vendor contractor budget and help IT finance track digital budget • Communicate professionally with all internal and external contacts • Researches and designs application development, infrastructure, or service standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience required • 6-10 Years management experience required • 6-10 Years professional website coding experience required • Ability to lead teams working on complex, high-impact projects with confidence • Well-developed analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights • Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills, with an ability to influence where required to achieve desired outcomes • Adept at planning projects, assessing risks and opportunities, creating budgets, communicating with stakeholders, and troubleshooting problems • Skilled in initiating, structuring, and carrying out steps to complete projects and tasks • Quality assurance/unit testing skills • Strong CSS skills, with full understanding of specificity and cascade • Experience with RESTful and GraphQL APIs, and serverless technologies • UI Design, Usability, and Accessibility: High • High Web standards: High • Modern JavaScript Frameworks: High • Responsive Design: High • Quality Assurance/Unit Testing: High • HTML5: High • React/Node/ NextJS : High • JSON: High • SOAP/REST APIs: High • Analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Tealium, ContentSquare , etc.): High • Agile Methodologies: High • Automation Testing: High
