📋 Description

• Provide virtual care and support to adult members via 10-minute video consults and asynchronous messaging • Address general health and women's health, preventive health, urinary tract infections, birth control, medications, cold, flu, COVID-19, skin disease and rashes, pink eye, vaccinations, and allergies • Capture encounter summary documentation in MPractice • Collaborate with Maven’s Care Delivery team to meet member needs, including recommendations for in-person referrals and follow-ups • Serve as an ambassador of Maven’s care model and provide culturally humble, evidence-based care • Potentially moderate community forums, lead virtual member classes, and write or review educational articles

🎯 Requirements

• Licensed General Practitioner, Primary Care Physician, or equivalent physician eligible to practice in Australia, Japan, Hong Kong, or Singapore • Fluent in both Mandarin and English, able to conduct clinical consultations and communicate medical information effectively in both languages • Residing in Australia, Japan, Hong Kong, or Singapore • Licensed and in good standing with the applicable medical regulatory authority in your country or jurisdiction • 3+ years of experience providing primary care and/or telehealth services • Demonstrated comfort delivering care through a digital health platform • Comfortable providing care via video consultation and asynchronous messaging • Able to provide direct member care for a minimum of 5 hours per week • Passionate about women's health, family health, preventive care, and improving access to high-quality healthcare • Strong cross-cultural communication skills and ability to provide empathetic, culturally sensitive care to a diverse patient population
