📋 Description

• Conduct detailed analysis of accounts and content; • Prioritize multiple high-volume tasks related to identity verification and policy enforcement; • Review documentation and video content to detect potential fraud and identity impersonation; • Communicate with end users to verify documentation and validate accounts; • Apply DMCA and copyright policies; • Work with other internal teams to identify and remove high-risk content and users; • Investigate content and profiles flagged by the community and take appropriate action; • Collaborate with team members and managers to continuously improve processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of one year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in an e-commerce environment; • Strong interest in regulatory and compliance issues related to user-generated content platforms; • Open-minded, resilient, and curious; comfortable investigating abusive content and online misconduct; • Ability to adapt to new workflows and policy directions in a constantly evolving regulatory environment; • Able to take a holistic approach to risk assessment and rule enforcement, considering multiple variables; • Knowledge of best practices in policy enforcement; able to use documentation and precedents to guide decision-making; • Demonstrated ability to investigate, moderate, and resolve conflicts; • Attention to detail and the ability to make timely, well-informed decisions; • Excellent organizational and communication skills; • Comfortable with technology; able to navigate and learn new systems and platforms; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Flexibility to work evenings and/or weekends; regular shifts determined by seniority; • Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written.
