⢠8+ years of creative leadership experience, with at least 3 years building and managing creative teams ⢠Proven track record of building brands in health, wellness, technology, or premium consumer sectors ⢠Deep expertise in brand development, visual systems, and multi-channel creative execution ⢠Experience building high-performance creative operations that balance quality with velocity ⢠Portfolio demonstrating breakthrough creative work that drives measurable business results ⢠Strong understanding of digital-first creative and emerging platforms ⢠Exceptional communication skills with ability to present to and influence C-level stakeholders ⢠Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or related field (MFA or advanced degree preferred)
