MaxPlus Advertising - We are hiring! is a German performance-focused influencer marketing agency that builds data-driven, ROAS-optimized influencer campaigns for D2C brands. They combine branding and performance tactics, run analysis based on seven-figure influencer spend, optimize sales pages and campaign setups, and scale repeatable campaigns across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube. 📋 Description

• You will be gradually integrated into the operational work around influencer campaigns, sales and client services, taking responsibility for your own campaigns and clients. • You will support projects from initial coordination to implementation and learn how to structure and manage successful collaborations. • Proactively approaching brands and pitching suitable influencers and partnership concepts • Conducting email and Zoom meetings with clients and influencers • Negotiating prices, deliverables and terms • Coordinating and managing collaboration between brands and influencers • Working in the sales area and maintaining projects in the CRM system in an organized manner • Providing social media support as part of campaigns (e.g., content creation, contests, approvals and coordination) • Organizing and documenting your projects using various tools • Analyzing and evaluating campaign performance

🎯 Requirements

• Genuine interest in influencer marketing, social media and digital business models • Enjoys communication, sales and working with people • Motivated to develop personally and professionally • Independent and structured working style • Reliability, commitment and an open manner • Willingness to actively contribute and take on responsibility • Basic English skills to communicate with international partners • Previous experience in marketing, influencer management or sales is a plus but not required. What matters most to us is your mindset, commitment and willingness to learn new topics.
