⢠Monitor the performance and operation of products installed at customer sites ⢠Analyze fleet health and propose improvement actions ⢠Support the sales team with strategic information ⢠Apply and follow up the PDCA cycle with customers ⢠Manage KPIs and track the progress of action plans ⢠Perform configurations on equipment and systems (telemetry, HSE (SSMA), etc.) ⢠Monitor new features and provide feedback ⢠Act in emergency situations (incidents/claims) ⢠Identify opportunities for new business ⢠Gather customer requirements to evolve solutions ⢠Analyze data to support decision-making and performance improvement
đŻ Requirements
⢠Bachelor's degree (in progress or completed) ⢠At least 2 years of experience preferred ⢠Knowledge of: ⢠Vehicle telemetry ⢠Risk management (cargo theft) ⢠Fuel consumption and fleet analysis ⢠Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with systems
