• Own Google Ads strategy and performance across multiple brands and product categories • Manage and optimize significant monthly ad spend with clear ROAS and profitability targets • Identify and execute opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce external agency reliance • Build structured testing roadmaps across bidding strategies, creative, audience segmentation, and landing page alignment • Conduct incrementality and lift analysis to validate true performance impact • Develop forecasting models and scenario planning to guide budget allocation • Partner with Analytics to strengthen attribution accuracy and performance reporting • Translate complex performance data into clear, strategic recommendations for leadership • Lead post-campaign analysis with actionable insights tied directly to revenue and margin outcomes • Continuously identify new keyword, audience, and growth expansion opportunities • Maintain rigorous data integrity across tracking, tagging, and reporting infrastructure
• 5+ years of hands-on Google Ads management experience at meaningful budget scale • Demonstrated success managing high-spend accounts with measurable revenue impact • Proven track record of improving ROAS, lowering CPA, and driving profitable growth • Strong understanding of attribution models and incrementality testing • Advanced analytical capability with Google Analytics (GA4) or similar platforms • Experience building dashboards and performance reporting frameworks • Experience in DTC, e-commerce, or consumer brands • Ability to think commercially, not just tactically • Strong executive communication skills
