📋 Description

• Manage start-up and commissioning of new refrigeration and gas processing facilities. • Lead troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance activities for complex gas compression systems. • Mentor junior field engineers and provide guidance on best practices. • Write detailed work order reports and oversee documentation processes. • Participate in project planning and resource allocation. • Analyze and resolve advanced mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues. • Conduct training sessions for technicians and customers on equipment operation and advanced troubleshooting. • Act as a key point of contact for customers regarding technical issues and service needs. • Develop service strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and efficiency. • Ensure organization and cleanliness of job sites and equipment. • Document service calls and maintain accurate records of service performed. • Follow safety protocols and company policies during all service activities. • Create, update, track, and complete commissioning reports. • Comply with all Mayekawa company policies, procedures, processes, work instructions, and guidelines. • Perform other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of refrigeration and control systems. • Proficient in reading wiring diagrams and mechanical drawings. • Proven project leadership and team management skills. • Strong focus on safety and compliance. • Excellent problem-solving abilities in high-pressure situations. • Strong organizational and planning skills. • Skilled in diagnostic tools and software. • Knowledgeable in screw compressors and basic electrical troubleshooting, including ammonia refrigeration and Freon systems. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel). • Strong oral and written communication skills. • Ability to build positive relationships with clients and team members. • Highly motivated with a willingness to travel for work.
