📋 Description

• Advise major corporate clients, supporting the finance departments of listed companies, international groups, and national market leaders • Manage and supervise teams • Support the execution, improvement, and optimization of accounting and financial information production processes • Deliver operational and management support assignments for accounting and tax departments, performance management, internal control, and treasury functions • Contribute to reorganization projects, including organizational assessments, shortening closing timelines, and managing acquisitions, divestitures, and restructurings • Contribute to transformation projects, including ERP migrations, automation, digitalization, artificial intelligence, blockchain, and RPA • Implement new international accounting standards and ensure regulatory compliance • Support and lead change management initiatives • Work independently or as part of a team at client sites and/or from Forvis Mazars offices • Develop expertise and skills through client assignments and training

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree or equivalent, with a specialization in Accounting or Finance (DSCG, Master’s degree in Accounting, Control and Auditing, or another university or business school Master’s degree) • Approximately 3 to 5 years of experience gained in an accounting or consulting firm or within a finance department • Strong technical knowledge of accounting and finance • Adaptability • Ability to manage and supervise teams • Enjoyment of teamwork • Strong interpersonal skills • A passion for challenges • Rigor and methodical approach • Exceptional adaptability
