📋 Description

• Shape the future of intelligent building technologies and secure operational systems across diverse environments. • Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex technical programs, from strategy through implementation. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and clients to design smart, secure, and connected spaces that deliver measurable business value. • Act as a trusted advisor in business development, guiding proposals, shaping technical strategies, and influencing stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years related experience in the consulting engineering industry with a focus on buildings (Architecture, Telecommunications or MEP engineering thought leadership roles). • Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Mechanical/Electrical/Structural/Fire Protection/Civil Engineering (or related field). • Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or related field. • PMP, RCDD, PE (Engineering License) – Preferred • CISSP, GICSP, or equivalent OT cybersecurity certification. • Familiarity with ASHRAE, ISA/IEC62433, NIST, and Uptime/mission critical standards. • Certified in at least three major control system manufacture platforms. • Extensive experience in intelligent building and smart real estate industries. • Proven track record in project management, data governance, and automation system development. • Strong leadership and stakeholder alignment skills. • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
