• Support the preparation of proposals, client presentations, client development activities and marketing initiatives. • Facilitate proposal kick off meetings that define expectations • Review client RFPs, identify tasks, assign responsibilities, and develop and manage adherence to the proposal schedule by the capture team • Facilitate strategy discussions and collaborate with capture team to develop strategy and win themes • Schedule and facilitate proposal review meetings • Coordinate receipt and submission of bidder RFIs to the client and distribution of responses/RFP addenda to the capture team • Develop page layout and manage proposal documents • Lead the team in the development of visual and written content for proposals; draft and/or edit proposal narrative as necessary • Communicate and coordinate status with the proposal team • Coordinate final internal approval process and submission of proposal with capture manager • Follow-up on proposal status with client’s procurement manager as appropriate
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Journalism, or equivalent combination of education and experience • 6-8 years of experience in the planning, preparation, and development of architectural and engineering proposals and qualifications packages for government and private clients • Familiarity with the AEC industry and the data center market • Experience with graphic design/layout and Adobe InDesign • Intermediate to expert skills with Microsoft Office Suite • Strong project management skills • Strong interpersonal communication skills • Ability to focus on details as well as on the big picture • Organizational conceptual thinking skills • Effective decision making skills • Time management skills; ability to manage, organize, and prioritize project assignments to meet competing deadlines • Exceptional writing, editing, and document organization skills
