📋 Description

• Travel to customer sites to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex technical issues on Mitsubishi laser machinery • Perform mechanical and electrical inspections, including dismantling, rebuilding, and system adjustments • Provide remote troubleshooting support via phone when appropriate • Communicate professionally with customers to explain issues, timelines, and repair outcomes • Interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and block diagrams to support accurate analysis and repair • Document service activities, findings, and resolutions with clarity and detail • Accurately complete and submit expense reports in a timely manner • Maintain company tools, equipment, and service vehicles in proper working conditions • Perform additional duties assigned to support customer satisfaction and department operations

🎯 Requirements

• Working knowledge of machining, manufacturing processes, or industrial equipment • Proficiency using common diagnostic and measurement tools such as voltmeters, multimeters, calipers, micrometers, and dial indicators • Ability to use Windows‐based computer and service software • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Comfortable working at heights when required • Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a clean driving record • Ability to travel extensively Monday–Friday • Associate degree or technical certification in electronics, mechanics, mechatronics, or related field preferred but not required • Demonstrated ability to diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical issues • Ability to read and interpret machine manuals, electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and other technical documentation • Experience using electrical measurement equipment (e.g., voltmeter, oscilloscope) • Experience utilizing precision measurement tools (e.g., indicators, micrometers, feeler gauges, and more)
