β’ Lead and oversee Oracle HCM Cloud applications, including Core HR, Recruiting, Talent, Learning, Payroll, Benefits, and related HR modules. β’ Support and optimize Kronos / UKG workforce management platforms, including timekeeping, scheduling, labor tracking, and workforce operations. β’ Serve as the primary HR technology partner to HR, Operations, Payroll, and IT leadership. β’ Support adoption, configuration, and optimization of the Oracle Redwood user experience. β’ Manage HR application support, system configuration, ongoing operations, and integrated third-party platforms. β’ Oversee integrations between Oracle HCM, Kronos / UKG, Payroll, and downstream systems. β’ Lead and mentor IT application team members supporting HR and workforce management systems. β’ Manage vendor relationships, service providers, suppliers, and technology partners. β’ Support budgeting, forecasting, procurement, vendor management, and technology planning. β’ Oversee project execution and ensure alignment with SDLC and project management best practices. β’ Contribute to governance, roadmap planning, and continuous improvement for HR and workforce technology platforms.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. β’ Five or more years of experience managing technology teams. β’ Five or more years supporting and operating business applications, preferably HR and workforce management systems. β’ Three or more years of people management experience. β’ Experience leading teams within IT Applications. β’ Hands-on experience with Kronos / UKG workforce management solutions. β’ Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, especially Core HR, Recruiting, Learning, Payroll, and Benefits. β’ Strong understanding of enterprise application support, integrations, and system governance. β’ Experience with SDLC in an enterprise environment. β’ Strong project management, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. β’ Ability to occasionally travel as needed.
