📋 Description

• Reporting to the Grant Finance Manager • Implement the project’s infrastructure and systems needed to support the project and the organization’s strategic objectives • Involved with project implementation finances, including start up, close-out, project cost management • Reconciliation of project accounts and financial reporting to project staff • Financial analysis and data interpretation • Comply with Federal and State reporting requirements • Collaborate with Finance colleagues to streamline project-related information and financial data • Assist in analyzing project costs and providing financial decision support

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field • 3-5 years of progressive experience in financial management, preferably in a nonprofit environment • Knowledge and understanding of the USG Rules and Regulations, including Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR ) and 2CFR200 • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong communication abilities • Proficiency in financial software and reporting tools • Solid experience in cradle-to-grave project (donor) finances • Strong budgeting and analytical/problem solving skills • Experience assuming a wide range of responsibilities • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Demonstrated ability to translate complex financial concepts to individuals at all levels
