📋 Description

• Work in collaboration with the Grant Finance Manager to implement financial infrastructure • Involved in project implementation finances including cost management and financial reporting • Collaborate with Finance colleagues to streamline project-related information and financial data • Assist the Grant Finance Manager in analyzing project costs and providing financial decision support • Evaluate best industry practices within internal systems

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field • 3-5 years of progressive experience in financial management, preferably in a nonprofit environment • Strong understanding of nonprofit accounting principles and GAAP • Knowledge of USG Rules and Regulations, including FAR and 2CFR200 • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills • Proficiency in financial software and reporting tools • Solid experience in cradle-to-grave project finances • Strong budgeting and analytical/problem solving skills • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to translate complex financial concepts to individuals at all levels
