📋 Description
• Provide senior Quality leadership and operational direction for SCRI's Quality Management System (QMS). • Lead, develop, and mentor a high-performing Quality Assurance team. • Maintain and continuously improve the established QMS for effectiveness and compliance. • Ensure regulatory compliance and inspection readiness. • Oversee audits, inspections, CAPA, deviations, and quality metrics.
🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years' experience interpreting and applying regulatory requirements. • Progressive Quality Assurance, Quality Management, or compliance leadership experience. • Experience managing Quality Management Systems, including audits, inspections, CAPA, deviations. • Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree preferred. • RAPS - Regulatory Affairs Certification highly preferred.
