📋 Description
• Develop and implement category strategies for Revenue Cycle Management, HR, and Marketing software and services • Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings • Establish long-term sourcing plans aligned with organizational goals • Lead procurement processes including RFP development and vendor evaluation • Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers • Monitor vendor compliance and mitigate risks
🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcing • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field (Master’s preferred) • Proven track record in vendor management and contract negotiations • Strong understanding of procurement best practices and compliance • Excellent analytical and communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement tools
