📋 Description

• Lead the creation of the valuation analysis for M&A opportunities • Actively manages the M&A due diligence process • Communicates key operating and valuation drivers to senior leadership • Own the preparation of financial schedules included in M&A to Senior Leadership and Board of Directors • Develops relationships with relevant internal stakeholders across the enterprise • Perform other ad hoc analysis, as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Typically requires 10 years of experience • 5+ years Valuation, M&A and transaction advisory experience • Capability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously with minimal direction • Good understanding of transaction documents • Financial reporting knowledge including: income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement • Exceptional financial modeling skills including: weighted average cost of capital (WACC) calculation, discounted cash flow modeling, market multiple analysis, leveraged buyout analysis • Exceptional communications skills • Excellent PC skills with a solid working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint • Preference in having experience using Capital IQ
