• Lead the design, launch, and scaling of precision medicine programs • Own the full program lifecycle from concept development to scale • Collaborate across functions to drive data-driven patient care • Define, validate, and operationalize precision medicine KPIs and dashboards • Execute structured vendor performance management processes • Document and standardize precision medicine workflows • Design and execute pilot programs and evaluate outcomes • Support development and deployment of testing pathways
🎯 Requirements
• Degree or equivalent experience • Typically requires 12+ years of professional experience • 4+ years of management experience • Significant experience in oncology, precision medicine, healthcare analytics, or related fields • Demonstrated experience designing and executing complex, cross-functional programs
