📋 Description

• support field sales team in delivering quality experience to customers • manage customer relationship and develop existing business or accounts • assist with customer satisfaction and resolve key customer issues • communicate effectively between customers and various teams • perform sales and administrative tasks under supervisor direction • negotiate or navigate the contracting process • interface with customers to present products or services • work on customer roadmap with sales team

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant experience • 4-year college degree or equivalent experience • ability to travel up to 75% by car • valid driver’s license with clean driving record • attention to detail, organizational and problem resolution skills • advanced communications skills: verbal, non-verbal, written • energetic self-starter with passion for customer service • intermediate proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • healthcare or distribution experience preferred
