📋 Description
• Support and optimize payroll systems with a focus on Workday Payroll • Provide ongoing system support for Workday Payroll • Gather requirements, support testing, and implement system enhancements and automation tools • Independently manage assigned tasks and projects • Develop and maintain desktop procedures and standard operating procedures • Translate business requirements into system configurations and functional specifications
🎯 Requirements
• Degree or equivalent experience • 4+ years of relevant experience • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, HRIS, or related field preferred • 4–5 years of payroll experience - 2 years supporting Workday Payroll and HCM preferred • Hands-on experience with Workday Payroll configuration, testing, and reporting • Knowledge of payroll lifecycle and integrated systems (e.g., Workday Time Tracking, ADP, WFM) • Understanding of payroll compliance and regulatory requirements • Experience supporting multi-state or cross-border payroll preferred
