📋 Description

• Lead requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders • Translate documented requirements into actionable Salesforce solutions • Design and configure Salesforce solutions using declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, Reports, Dashboards, etc.) • Own the end-to-end solution design and configuration process • Manage the process of implementing improvements and new functionality in the SFDC application suite • Provide training and support to end users on Salesforce and related sales and marketing technology tools • Communicate and collaborate with technical resources and internal stakeholders • Utilize Salesforce best practices related to release management and deploy changes • Create and maintain documentation on business processes and application configuration • Identify system inefficiencies/gaps and troubleshoot operational issues • Support the governance model by working closely with all system partners

🎯 Requirements

• BS, BA, and/or Masters in Business, Computer Science, Information Services, or related discipline, or equivalent • 7+ years’ experience in designing, building, and implementing business solutions using information technology • 5+ years’ experience in Salesforce administration or consulting • 5+ years’ experience with Sales and Support operations • 3+ years of experience working with the SFDC product suite • Experience with advanced Salesforce configuration (Flows, Process Builder, Lightning App Builder, etc.) • Intermediate understanding of Salesforce development (Apex, JavaScript) for communicating requirements to developers • Salesforce Administrator certification required; additional Salesforce Consultant certifications preferred
