📋 Description
• Perform detailed data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights. • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and SAP. • Provide ad-hoc data analysis to support immediate business needs. • Collaborate with the Director of Data Insights to define business requirements for data solutions. • Proactively engage stakeholders to clarify vague or incomplete business requirements and translate them into actionable data solutions. • Ensure data integrity and accuracy across various datasets. • Assist in the automation of data processes to enhance efficiency. • Work closely with SCO leadership and stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights. • Act as a liaison between the SCO team and McKesson Technology (MT) teams to ensure effective communication and understanding of data structures. • Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. • Contribute to the evaluation of the potential impact of changes and new strategies.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, economics, supply chain, finance, or a related field • 7+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field • Expert in SQL, data modeling, data mining, and analytics • Skilled with data visualization tools such as Snowflake, Tableau, Power BI, and SAP • Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract actionable insights from complex datasets • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities • Inquisitive and imaginative mindset to connect diverse elements across the enterprise • Exceptional business acumen and communication skills • Ability to work collaboratively in a high-performing team environment • Must be authorized to work in the USA.
