📋 Description

• Owns and drives the product strategy for the Benefits Platform • Leads medical plan connectivity strategy • Builds and maintains strong cross-functional relationships • Deeply understands provider workflows and the end-to-end prior authorization experience • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to assess product needs and implement solutions • Uses influence to align teams around product direction and shared capability priorities • Manages and develops a team of product managers

🎯 Requirements

• Degree or equivalent experience • Typically requires 9+ years of professional experience • 1+ years of supervisory and/or management experience • Product management experience (7-9 years) with technical product development methodologies (e.g., Agile) • Experience managing platform or shared-capability products that serve internal teams or multiple business units (7-9 years) • Strong understanding of provider-facing workflows and the operational realities of healthcare practices, clinics, or health systems • Knowledge of payer operations, benefit structures (pharmacy and medical), and prior authorization processes • Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards (e.g., FHIR, X12, HL7) is preferred.
