• Represent MDfin’s interests within the subsidiary company and ensure adherence to corporate standards and policies • Operational management: lead and oversee day-to-day operations • Recruit and train operational staff: build, onboard, and develop a high-performing team; set SOPs and training programs • P&L responsibility: monitor revenues and expenses, ensuring profitability and liquidity • Communication and strategic alignment: support effective communication and coordination between MDfin and the Indian subsidiary • Business scaling and efficiency: participate in business growth initiatives and drive operational efficiency, ensuring that infrastructure remains secure and compliant with group requirements
• 5+ years of experience in PDL • Proven experience in P&L ownership and budgeting; strong understanding of financial analysis and unit economics • Knowledge of corporate and tax legislation, as well as compliance and risk management principles • Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills; ability to build processes from the ground up • English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher; knowledge of Hindi is an advantage • Proactive, independent, and results-oriented professional attitude
