📋 Description

• Drive alignment, execution, and operational excellence across the product organization • Oversee the framework, tools, and processes that enable effective product planning, launch readiness, and software lifecycle management • Work closely with Product Management, Engineering, Client Success, and Product Marketing • Ensure the product portfolio meets market needs, company, and performance goals • Meet strategic initiatives from concept to commercialization • Facilitate the prioritization of the product backlog • Drive transparency through consistent reporting on product performance and adoption • Review, refine, and create new processes to improve outcomes • Champion the adoption of new tools and technologies to enhance product operations and support scalable growth • Conduct interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new team members

🎯 Requirements

• Four-year college degree or Equivalent experience • 8+ Years of Experience as a Product Manager • 8+ Years experience in a SaaS vendor role • Proven leadership and mentoring skills • Executive-level decision-making and communication skills • Excellent knowledge and skill using Microsoft Office Suite • Experience using Microsoft Azure DevOps, Thoughtspot a plus • Considerable experience with AI prototyping tools such as Replit, Lovable, Cursor • Experience with Aha! and the administration of release reporting • Healthcare operations specifically with Revenue Cycle operations, Billing and Coding Compliance, and Denial Management • Data analytics
