📋 Description

• Produce high quality reports • Assess, value and negotiate repair costs • Provide vehicle valuations • Negotiate total loss settlements • Have a detailed understanding of salvage categories • Claims management • Liaise with Field planning team, repairers and customers • Support other members of the team as and when the need dictates

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified to a minimum of I.A.E.A or ATA (VDA) standard • Current or experience leading an engineering function for an insurer or independent firm • Ability to value and negotiate repair costs • Provide vehicle valuations • Negotiate total loss settlements • Detailed understanding of salvage categories and claims management • Experience of vehicle estimating systems such as Audatex and Glassmatix is essential • AQP qualification is preferred
