📋 Description

• Work alongside the Operations and Compliance teams to provide reporting and analysis for the business • Benchmark business performance against industry statistics • Design reports with government funding rules in mind • Read and understand complex government documentation • Draw conclusions using relevant documents alongside company funding rules interpretation • Run reports from main data source, and occasionally historical data • Create visual and informative dashboards for stakeholders • Manipulate and analyse data to inform senior management teams decisions • Use Aptem, Thrive, and other platforms to run reports • Maintain student and DLS data in line with policies and procedures • Use advanced Excel functions and formulas to interrogate and present data • Conduct detailed analysis and reporting • Research and investigate government documentation to support reporting • Cross collaborate with colleagues in the wider ProfEd function • Attend company events or meetings as required • Support colleagues with Excel and other data platforms

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience of working in the Government funded education (apprenticeship) space. • Knowledge of previous Skills Funding Agency or current Department for Education [DfE] funding regulations, essential. • Understanding of the post-16 education sector • Experience of working with Financial Services Qualifications and/or in a regulated environment, helpful • Strong working experience with Excel including advanced functionalities • Experience using OData / APIs and other integrations, helpful • Confident report writing and presentation skills, advantageous • Experience working with Aptem & Thrive platforms, helpful • Ability to work independently, attempt autonomous decision making and problem solving, essential • Excellent administrative and organisational abilities • Able to work in a discreet, confidential matter as required
