• Supervise the daily work of RSC staff attorneys • Provide ongoing coaching and support to promote high-quality legal services • Work closely with the other RSC Supervisor on hiring and quality assurance • Provide brief legal advice to self-represented litigants • Assist litigants with Maryland civil legal issues • Identify operational challenges and contribute to resource development
• Admitted to practice law in the State of Maryland • At least three years of litigation or relevant legal services experience • Demonstrated supervisory or leadership experience • Strong understanding of MCLA's brief advice model • Excellent organizational skills • Strong interpersonal skills • Flexible, collaborative, and solution-oriented team member • Strong customer service skills • Ability to conduct efficient legal research • Fluency in Spanish strongly preferred
