📋 Description

• Professional and disciplinary leadership, training and motivation of employees • Ensuring customer satisfaction and building long-term customer relationships • Responsibility for the market's financial performance • Responsible for inventories and key performance indicators (KPIs) • Interpreting various (KPI) reports and proactively deriving and implementing appropriate measures • Responsible for merchandise ordering, product presentation and accurate pricing • Ensuring market standards are met daily • Ongoing quality and freshness checks • Ensuring and complying with quality standards and legal regulations • Primary point of contact for all internal and external interfaces (authorities, central departments, etc.)

🎯 Requirements

• Completed education, e.g., Matura (secondary school-leaving certificate) or vocational qualification in retail or hospitality is an advantage • Several years of professional experience in retail and/or hospitality • Management experience in a comparable position (e.g., as a branch/store manager) • Accuracy and ability to perform under pressure • Strong customer service and advisory skills, excellent communication • Enjoy working with people, social skills, empathy and teamwork • High motivation and enthusiasm • Assertiveness, confident demeanor and conflict-resolution skills • Organizational and planning skills • Analytical skills and an entrepreneurial mindset, with a strong affinity for KPIs
