📋 Description

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and supporting schedules • Manage general ledger activities, including journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations • Ensure financial transactions are recorded accurately and in accordance with GAAP and company policies • Analyze financial data and account activity to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement • Assist with month-end and year-end close activities to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting • Support the budgeting and forecasting process through data gathering, analysis, and reporting • Perform variance analysis and provide insights into financial performance • Partner with department leaders to understand business drivers and support financial decision-making • Assist in developing reporting tools and metrics that improve visibility into business performance • Utilize NetSuite to manage accounting operations, financial reporting, and data integrity • Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, workflows, and internal controls • Support internal and external audit activities by preparing documentation, schedules, and responding to audit inquiries • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal policies, and regulatory requirements • Assist in maintaining effective internal controls and identifying areas for risk mitigation • Partner with operational, case management, and leadership teams to support financial workflows and reporting needs • Assist with accounting and financial integration activities related to acquisitions and organizational growth initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field • Minimum of 3 years of progressive accounting experience • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and general ledger accounting • Hands-on experience with NetSuite is required • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy • Effective written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
