📋 Description

• Support the design and documentation of mechanical and plumbing systems using Revit for various projects • Develop detailed HVAC and plumbing system layouts within Revit, including ductwork, piping, and equipment placement • Perform engineering calculations for load analysis, equipment sizing, and system performance optimization • Coordinate with architects, electrical engineers, structural engineers, and other disciplines • Write and edit mechanical equipment specifications • Review submittals, RFIs, and change orders • Ensure all designs comply with local, state, and national building codes • Collaborate with project managers, clients, and vendors

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years' experience in MEP mechanical design • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field • Skills in HVAC design software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, load software, etc. • Familiarity with HVAC codes, standards, and best practices • Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines • Top-notch organization, attention to detail combined with excellent written and oral communication skills.
