📋 Description

• Guide families through Meadow’s full service lifecycle from contract signature to safe return of ashes • Manage a high-volume book of approximately 100 concurrent cases • Serve as the primary point of contact for families • Handle continuous inbound and outbound calls and texts with empathy, clarity, and professionalism • Build trust, rapport, and an exceptional client experience • Coordinate transportation, documentation, cremation scheduling, and ashes return • Partner with internal teams and vendors to keep cases moving • Maintain meticulous and timely documentation across all systems • Navigate HubSpot, Aircall, Slack, GSuite, and the internal case management system • Triage daily workflows and solve problems efficiently • Collaborate on coverage, escalations, urgent case needs, and smooth case handoffs • Anticipate downstream impacts and maintain continuity of care

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years owning a caseload or book of accounts end-to-end • Strong written and spoken English • Ability to manage 100+ cases simultaneously • Meticulous record-keeping and documentation • Clear, calm communication and comfort managing phone and text communications for most of the workday • High accountability, proactive ownership, and creative problem-solving • Tech-savvy and highly organized; able to work across multiple systems and triage priorities • Energized by Meadow’s mission • Home setup supporting the work, including reliable internet and a quiet, comfortable workplace • Consistent availability Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. Pacific Time • Spanish fluency is a bonus, not a requirement
