📋 Description

• Manage approximately 100 concurrent family cases from contract signature through final resolution • Serve as the primary point of contact through inbound and outbound calls and texts • Guide families through the service process and build trust • Coordinate transportation, documentation, cremation scheduling, and ashes return • Partner with internal teams and vendors to keep cases moving • Maintain accurate documentation across all systems • Use HubSpot, Aircall, Slack, GSuite, and the internal case management system to build context and triage workflows • Support teammates with coverage, escalations, and urgent case needs • Ensure smooth case handoffs and anticipate downstream impacts

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years owning a caseload or book of accounts end-to-end • Strong written and spoken English • Ability to manage 100+ cases simultaneously • Meticulous record-keeping and documentation • Clear, calm communication and comfort managing phone and text communications most of the workday • High accountability, proactive ownership, and creative problem-solving • Ability to work across multiple systems and triage priorities • Home setup with reliable internet and a quiet, comfortable workspace • Consistent availability Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. Pacific Time • Spanish fluency is a bonus, not a requirement • Experience in empathetic, execution-focused environments is a bonus
