• Write, design, and post engaging content across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.). • Ensure all posts are creative, high-quality, and align with brand guidelines. • Use graphic design tools to create visually appealing graphics and multimedia content. • Design high-quality graphics that resonate with target audiences and align with clients' brand aesthetics. • Edit videos to produce polished, engaging social media content. • Manage and grow personal social media following to understand trends and best practices. • Oversee a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring their social media presence is vibrant and effective. • Plan and implement social media strategies tailored to each client's needs. • Work closely with clients to understand their goals and develop content strategies that meet their objectives. • Maintain strong, positive relationships with clients and manage their expectations effectively. • Monitor social media metrics and provide regular reports on performance. • Analyze trends and insights to optimize content and strategies.
• Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role. • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in graphic design and video editing. • Proficient in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.). • Excellent writing and communication skills. • Deep understanding of social media platforms and trends. • Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously. • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret social media metrics. • Creative mindset with attention to detail. • Proven ability to grow and engage a social media following.
