• Oversee the operations and performance of the Support team • Ensure team members are working together to achieve Client Satisfaction goals • Monitor and optimize Average Wait Times and Queue Efficiency • Maintain Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT) • Deliver quality audits and maintain high audit scores • Manage team coaching and performance statistics
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in operations and performance management • Strong knowledge of Service Level Agreements (SLA) • Ability to achieve Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT) • Experience in coaching and talent development • Excellent communication and engagement skills • Knowledge of Workforce Management principles
