📋 Description
• Experienced developer with a deep understanding of software development principles, best practices, and architectural patterns. • Leads the design and implementation of complex features or small-scale projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timely delivery. • Mentors and guides junior and mid-level engineers, conducts technical reviews, and advocates for best practices. • May start contributing to architectural decisions and system design discussions. • Demonstrates strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills with the team and across cross-functional teams. • Stays up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and their potential impact on the team’s domain. • Guides the technical strategy for large-scale initiatives or entire product lines.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • 5+ years of professional software development disciplines and deep technical skills • Strong expertise in Electron Development with React • Strong expertise using Ruby on Rails preferred • Strong expertise in developing cloud infrastructure applications • Experience with NATS.IO, Jetstream, or Kafka preferred • Experience with GOlang preferred
