• Business Development: identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities and develop the partners network within the designated territory • Key Account Management: nurture and expand relationships with an existing portfolio of key accounts and partners • Channel Partner Management: develop and manage the network of partners across the ASEAN region • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a sales strategy and action plan to achieve sales targets • Negotiation & Closing: lead contract negotiations, prepare proposals, and close sales deals, ensuring profitability and legal compliance • Market Intelligence: Serve as the regional expert, monitor market trends, and customer needs to inform product and sales strategies • Reporting: maintain accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline information, activities, and forecasts in the CRM system
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related technical field • 5 years or more experience in a similar role, ideally in automation, robotics or related industrial technology sector • Fluency in English • Proficiency in Malay, Vietnamese or Mandarin is a significant advantage for daily client communication • Proven ability to manage the entire sales cycle • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills for B2B executives • Proficient user of CRM software for pipeline management and accurate forecasting • Proven success in managing and growing relationships with large industrial customers • Technical knowledge of robots or automation systems • Proven understanding of the ASEAN business environment and cultural nuances is highly desirable • Autonomous, proactive, and results-oriented with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
