🎯 Requirements

• Have a Bachelor's, or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical field • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail • Ability to learn new software and technologies quickly • Passionate about generative AI and/or data engineering • 1 to 4 years of software engineering experience through previous internships or co-op programs, work experience, coding competitions, publications, etc. • Comfortable in both application development and research environments • Has exposure or passion for XP practices such as pair programming and test driven development • Comfortable as a full stack developer, and have expertise in at least one modern programming language and application framework • Strong communication and collaboration skills as well as empathy are essential for working closely with the development team, customers, and others at Mechanical Orchard.
