🎯 Requirements

• Proven Growth Leadership: 5+ years operating in startups and high-growth environments with direct P&L ownership, stabilizing businesses at inflection points, and driving sustainable scale. • Full-Stack Growth Expertise: Fluency across acquisition, lifecycle/CRM, product-led growth, and performance marketing, with end-to-end CRO rigor and comfort across major channels. • Analytical Depth: Mastery of measurement frameworks (MTA, incrementality, geo-lift), statistical testing, and revenue reconciliation—paired with strong modeling skills (LTV, CAC/payback, forecasting, retention). • AI-First Operator: Hands-on experience using AI to accelerate experimentation, automation, personalization, and predictive insights. • Playbook Builder: Habit of codifying learnings into frameworks, systems, and operating cadences that scale across companies. • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Bias to action, accountability, and continuous improvement—paired with curiosity, humility, and drive to build enduring companies.
